Emmanuel is the lead gas market development advisor of the Kiakia Gas Limited NGFCP Advisory where he develops strategies for commercialization and bringing products to the markets where consumers need them.

Examples of Emmanuel’s recent work include:

  • Developing a Gas master plan for a state Government in Nigeria
  • Coordinated the deployment of LPG plants in 8 states in Nigeria.
  • Coordinated the deployment of mini LNG regasification plant.

Collin Butt

Financial Advisory Lead

Deliver financial advisory that help gas companies invests sustainably and commit to activities that guarantee profitability

Collin is the financial advisory lead at Kiakia gas Limited NGFCP Advisory where he is responsible for developing establishing best in class corporate, financial and commercial frameworks for major oil and gas companies.

Examples of Collin’s recent work and experience include:

Outside Kiakia gas Limited, Colin has been consultants to a wide range of companies, and leading various financial and business project management endeavours.

  • Strategic role of restructuring and re-positioning a significant family business planning major growth in next 3 to 5 years.
  • Deliver business support in the following areas : Finance, Change Management, Business Development, Business Process Re-engineering, Financial Restructuring, Corporate Governance, Planning & Budgeting, Systems Implementation, Project Management
  • Complete responsibility for business development, expansion, and I have efficiently performed an advisory role in collaboration with a young and energetic Nigerian business advisory group.

Ikechukwu Okoli

CRS Lead

Helps oil & gas companies enter communities and manage relationship in ways that drive corporate value.

Ikechukwu is a member of the Kiakia Gas Advisory where he focuses on working out host community entry and community relations strategies for oil and gas companies. Examples of Ikechukwu’s recent work include:

  • Develop community development programme proposal documents for oil producing communities in Niger Delta
  • Support in the establishment of proper organizational structure for NGO organization operating in oil producing communities
  • Organizing community town hall sessions to foster legislator-constituent engagement

Outside Kiakia gas Limited, Ikechukwu has worked as a project lead on fostering voices and accountability between legislators and citizens at an international development organization.

In his spare time, his part of several not-for-profit organizations and start-ups.

Aghogho Okpako

Lead, Legal Advisory

Helps oil and gas companies avoid legal pitfalls, and then gain the best value from their
relationships with various stakeholders in the industry.
 
Aghogho is the lead legal advisor of the Kiakia Gas Limited NGFCP Advisory team where he
brings to the team his wealth of experience and expertise in the area of transaction advisory and
legal advisory. He is also the legal advisor of the Kiakia Gas Limited.
 
Examples of Aghogho’s recent work include:
  • Transaction Advisors to the Government of one of the States in Nigeria in some of itstransactions.
  • In the team of Resolution Solicitors to a multinational oil exploration company in Nigeria were our terms of reference included: resolving all litigation involving the company; reviewing all judgment and proffer solutions; staving off enforcement of judgments already against the company; resolving all employee related issues, community issues and vendor claims, etc;
  • Advised on and reviewed all shipbuilding/ finance contracts;
  • Advised on labour related issues;
  • Advised on tax and all government related issues;
  • Advised on community related issues; and
  • Reviewed all agreements and documents.

Abiye Krukrubo

Abiye is the lead advisor on strategic engagement of the Kiakia Gas Limited NGFCP Advisory
team where he brings to the team his over a decade experience and expertise in stakeholders’
engagement in the global energy sector for both private and public sector across continents.
 
Examples of Abiye’s work include:
  • Represented Nigeria in the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), a gathering of the world’s leading gas producers and was set up as international governmental
  • organization with the objective to increase the level of coordination and strengthen the collaboration among Member countries.
  • He developed and implemented strategy for promotion of natural gas in 19 GECF countries, contributed to the development of the GECF Long Term Strategy, midwifed  partnerships with the GECF and the United Nations and launched the GECF Gas Outlook 2040 -The first comprehensive gas focused Outlook in the globe.
  • He has hands on experience and knowledge of global energy policies and market.
